万翔教授在俄亥俄州大学立费雪商学院物流与市场营销系任教。2011年，万教授在马里兰大学供应链管理专业取得博士学位。在马里兰大学，他多次获得了Top 15% 和Krowe Award 教学奖， 并且获得了Allan N. Nash Award   杰出博士毕业生奖。万教授的科研领域包括产品和服务多样化管理，库存管理，供应链中的协调合作。他的科研成果已经发表在Strategic Management Journal, Production and Operations Management, Journal of Operations.Management, Decision Sciences Journal and the Journal of Business Logistics 等学术期刊。他的的论文获得了Doctoral Dissertation Award from the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals， 并且在Deloitte University Press 和Wall Street Journal上引用和讨论。
