【摘要】As a major contributor to plastic pollution, single-use packaging has become ubiquitous in modern consumption. This presentation addresses the critical challenge of plastic pollution by examining the potential of reusable packaging, with a specific focus on the influence of consumer pro-environmental behavior on its effective adoption. This talk is structured in two parts. First, we examine how the "Bring Your Own Container" (BYOC) program influences a firm’s decisions regarding disposable packaging and its corresponding communication strategies. Second, we investigate how firms can influence consumer adoption of reusable packaging by leveraging price incentives and adjusting convenience levels.

【主讲人简介】陈剑，清华大学文科资深教授、清华大学詹家骏全职讲席教授、教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地——清华大学现代管理研究中心主任。国家杰青、教育部长江特聘教授，曾获首届复旦管理学杰出贡献奖，被选为IEEE Fellow和国际系统与控制科学院院士。主要研究领域包括系统工程、企业运营管理与供应链协调优化、新兴商务模式分析与优化、决策理论与方法等，在《Management Science》、《Manufacturing and Service Operations Management》、《Production and Operations Management》、《Journal of Operations Management》、《系统工程理论与实践》、《管理科学学报》、《管理世界》等国内外高水平学术刊物上发表论文200余篇，研究成果受到国内外学者的广泛关注，Google Scholar引用一万多次，应邀在许多个国际会议上做大会主题报告。主持完成国家自然科学基金重大项目、创新群体项目等五十余项国家级科研课题。现任/曾任国务院学科评议组管理科学与工程组成员、教育部高等学校管理科学与工程类专业教学指导委员会秘书长、美国生产运营管理学会副理事长、中国管理科学与工程学会副理事长、中国系统工程学会副理事长、中国管理现代化研究会副理事长、中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会副理事长，10余本国际学术刊物的主编、编委或顾问。
