主讲人简介：Mabel C. Chou （周正芳） is an associate professor in the Analytics and Operations department and Institute of Operations Research and Analytics (IORA) at National University of Singapore (NUS). Her research focuses on Operations Scheduling and Supply Chain Analysis, for which she develops mathematical models, algorithms, and managerial insights to address practical problems faced by firms and managers in the field of logistics and supply chain management. Her current research interest is in the development and application of optimization tools and business analytics for operations and marketing interface, supply chain resilience, maritime operations, and sustainable operations management issues. She is an associate editor for Operations Research, a senior editor for Production and Operations Management and an associate editor for Pacific Journal of Optimization. She has also consulted for companies such as Unilever, GSK, Caterpillar, P&G, SIA Engineering Company, National University Hospital, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Lenovo, Supreme Components International, etc. and conducted courses for 3M, the Logistics Institute- Asia Pacific, and the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology.
