个人简介

黄晨晨,管理学博士,现为福州大学经济与管理学院校聘副研究员。主要从事能源经济与政策、数字经济与绿色转型等领域研究,聚焦数字化发展对能源效率提升、能源结构转型与低碳发展的影响机制与政策效应。

近年来在 Energy Economics、Energy Policy、IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management、Applied Energy 等国内外高水平期刊发表论文多篇,其中多篇入选 ESI 高被引/热点论文。参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目等多项科研任务,参与撰写《中国能源发展报告》系列、《新质生产力引领下的绿色转型》《新质生产力引领下的能源变革》等学术著作。担任 Energy Economics、Energy Policy、Energy 等期刊匿名审稿人。
