个人简介

黄敏,管理学博士,福州大学经济管理学院副教授,福建省引进生(2025届)。中国人民大学管理学博士(导师:郭海教授),美国University of Texas at Dallas 国家公派联合培养博士、访问学者(导师:Jun Xia/夏军教授),主要从事企业环境战略、企业社会责任、企业创新、制度理论、最优区分、公司治理等领域研究工作。

近年来,以第一作者或通讯作者在Journal of Business Ethics、British Journal of Management、China Economic Review、Management Decision、Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management、Business Ethics, the Environment & Responsibility、International Journal of Emerging Markets、《科研管理》、《管理评论》等国内外学术期刊发表多篇论文。曾获中国管理现代化研究会(全国一级学会)2025年创新创业优秀博士论文、国家奖学金、第二届“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛全国银奖、全国“管理决策模拟”(ERP大赛)大赛获得全国半决赛二等奖、创青春“挑战杯”大学生创业大赛省铜奖等荣誉。主持福州大学科研启动项目和中国人民大学科学研究基金项目,参与多项国家自然科学基金面上项目。
